Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged) please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or receipt at oldwaysfarmcannamore@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship Canada-wide.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping: $18 CAD anywhere in Canada

Free shipping on orders over $120 CAD (before tax, after discounts)
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products are not available for shipping due to their nature or seasonal temperature conditions.

Certain items, such as eggs, are local pickup only year-round.

During winter months, temperature-sensitive products (including whipped tallow, liquid oils, and similar items) are not available for shipping due to cold temperatures.
These products will be clearly marked “Local pickup only” on the product page and will not be available for shipping at checkout.
Local pickup remains available throughout winter.
Shipping for these items will resume once warmer weather returns.

Local pickup
Free local pickup is available for all products. Pickup details and timing will be provided after checkout. During the summer months, orders can be picked up at our farmstand in Crysler.

Mixed carts
If your cart includes both shippable and pickup-only items, delivery is not possible.

Delivery delays
Once a parcel is shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier (usually Canada Post). We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
