The garlic scapes are handpicked at their prime and carefully dehydrated to preserve their taste, then blended with salt to create a versatile finishing salt you'll reach for every day.

Sprinkle it over roasted vegetables, grilled meats, eggs, potatoes, fresh tomatoes, popcorn, pasta, or homemade bread. Our favourite way to eat it is on fresh sweet corn with butter!
