Whipped Tallow
We start by rendering locally sourced suet into rich tallow, then infuse it with calendula or lavender grown, harvested and dried on the farm or organic vanilla beans. Each batch is slow-infused over 72 hours to draw out the full goodness of the herbs then whipped to perfection.
