At Old Ways Farm, we keep things simple and intentional. What started as a small garden and a love for growing our own food slowly became a way of life centred on seasonal living, homegrown ingredients, and making the things we use every day with our own hands.

The heart of our skincare

Tallow is a deeply nourishing, time-honoured skincare ingredient. Naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, its fatty acid profile closely mirrors our skin’s own oils, allowing it to absorb easily and moisturize without clogging pores.

Gently rendered and minimally processed, tallow is a whole, honest ingredient used long before modern skincare existed. Ours is sourced locally and crafted in small batches, making thoughtful use of a natural by-product and supporting a more sustainable, low-waste approach to caring for our skin.
